ONLINE ENROLLMENT

Please complete the enrollment form as shown, following the prompts given.  The  CYO  will automatically receive notice of the student's registration. The Program fees are as follows:

1) Youth Orchestra -  $200.00 per semester

2) Cadet or Begining Orchestra - $180.00 per semester

3) Jazz Ensemble - $150.00 per sememster (Wavied if registered in youth orchestra- $20.00 Music Fee)

FEES: There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee.  This fee if for the preparation of the student's initial materials and is credited to the participating student's total tuition for the program.  If the student does not attend after the program starts, or drops from the program session, the $20 fee is not returned. 

NOTE: If you are parent/guardian registering multiple students, please make a note of that in the comments field.  On this website, currently we can accept only one registration per unique email address.  (However, if you have two email addresses that you routinely use, you could register two students online as long as  two different email addresses are used.)   

It is important that we have your email information, as that is our primary method of communication to keep you updated of upcoming events, calendar changes and news about the CYO.  If you do not have access to email, please let us know.
